Camilla de Koning

Camilla de Koning (b. 1994) studied the social aspect of the Dutch slavery at the University of Leiden, where she completed research on the manumission in eighteenth century Suriname. She is currently undertaking PhD research on Crown Engagement in Britain’s Emerging Empire (1660-1775) at the University of Manchester & Historic Royal Palaces.
