Elise Althoff

Elise Althoff (1985) is business director at the Dutch Foundation for Literature. She is responsible for the financial-business policy and operational management of the foundation, and together with Romkje de Bildt (managing-director) forms the management board. She values combining her background in finance, subsidies, ICT, HRM and change management with work in the cultural sector. Prior to this, she worked at Het Nieuwe Instituut, the Cultural Participation Fund, the Municipality of Utrecht and BMC, among others. In addition to her work, she is currently following an MBA course.
